1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 775 pub ("775 pub," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://775pub.biz ("Platform"). 3. Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 775 pub makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for access or use in any jurisdiction outside those it explicitly serves.

3.3 Mental Capacity

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

To use the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. 775 pub reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 775 pub Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 775 pub immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. 775 pub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

775 pub operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process consistent with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing withdrawals, 775 pub may require you to submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

775 pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sourced from an account not belonging to the registered Player — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review and potential suspension.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. For fully KYC-verified accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to banking system processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 775 pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

5.3 Withdrawal to Source

Withdrawals will, where technically feasible, be directed to the same payment method used for deposit. 775 pub may require documented justification before processing withdrawals to an alternative payment method.

5.4 Transaction Fees

775 pub does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed to Players at the time of withdrawal request. Third-party payment provider fees (where applicable) are the Player's responsibility.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the 775 pub Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees will be disclosed to the Player before the transaction is confirmed.

6. Wagering and Games

6.1 Game Rules

Each game offered on the 775 pub Platform is governed by specific Game Rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable Game Rules before placing any Wager.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 775 pub are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and validity periods. In the event of any inconsistency between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated Winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Withdrawing funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of any bonus balance and associated Winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

775 pub monitors account activity for patterns indicating bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing Wagers across Accounts to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting promotional errors, and coordinated play between linked accounts. Bonus abuse constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated Winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

7.4 Promotional Changes

775 pub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at 775 pub's sole discretion and are not guaranteed to be available continuously or to all Players.

8. Responsible Gaming

775 pub is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, all accessible from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap net losses over defined time periods.
• Session Duration Alerts: Players may configure notifications based on continuous play duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the selected exclusion period and takes effect immediately upon confirmation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 775 pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;

• Colluding with other Players in any game;
• Engaging in or facilitating chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of collusive play;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account;
• Engaging in conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or other Players' enjoyment of it;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 775 pub Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 775 pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other use of 775 pub's intellectual property is permitted without prior written consent from 775 pub.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 775 pub and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Technical malfunctions, network failures, or unauthorized access to your Account;
• Any errors or omissions in game content or game results that are subsequently corrected;
• Actions taken by 775 pub in enforcing these Terms.

775 pub's total aggregate liability to you for any direct claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 775 pub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 775 pub Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification, subject to deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts subject to forfeiture.

12.2 Termination by 775 pub

775 pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice in cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months where the Account Balance is zero.

12.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Where termination arises from a breach of these Terms, 775 pub reserves the right to retain any Account Balance pending investigation and to permanently forfeit balances where unlawful conduct is established.

13. Amendments to These Terms

775 pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.1.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the 775 pub Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents 775 pub from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
